Product Warranties

Aeron4Less.com will replace, repair any product, part or component covered by this warranty due to failure under normal use as a result of a defect in material or workmanship.

Aeron4Less.com will repair or replace the afore-mentioned product, part or component with a comparable product, part or component.

Any product, part or component must have been installed and maintained according to Aeron4Less.com instructions in order to be eligible for coverage under his/her warranty and must not have been subject to misuse or abuse.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect; Aeron4Less.com does not warrant the color fastness or matching of the colors, or textures of these natural elements or textiles.

This warranty extends only to the original purchasers who acquire a certified, pre-owned or first quality product from Aeron4Less.com

Herman Miller's 12 year warranty(Excluding Eames chairs which has a 3 year warranty) covers everything that makes up our standard office furniture products - including electrical components, casters, pneumatic cylinders, tilts, and all moving mechanisms. Clearance chair warranties are prorated from the date of manufacture and is provided by Aeron4Less.com

Limited Lifetime Warranty. Under the Nightingale Corp. warranty, all claims must be made within the time period specified. Nightingale Corp. offers a lifetime limited Warranty, unless otherwise specified, from the date of purchase by original purchaser, on all non-moving metal components. Nightingale also warrants that self-skinned urethane parts, plastic shells, casters, wood parts and mechanisms will carry a (5) five year warranty will carry a (2) two year warranty. Pneumatic cylinders will carry a (10) ten year warranty.

The Nightingale Corp. warranty is based on normal use of eight (8) hours a day, five (5) days per week by individuals of 250 lbs. or less.

Nightingale Corp. reserves the exclusive and sole right to repair, correct or replace at our option, any Nightingale Corp. seating product which upon our inspection is declared defective in material or workmanship.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to Nightingale Corp. products that are used for rental purposes and is effective only for products, parts or components manufactured after January 1, 1999.

The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to customers in Canada and the United States. The Nightingale Corp. warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, negligence, abnormal use or use with extreme climatic conditions. Normal climatic condition is defined as the temperature and moisture content range for human comfort and health. Due to the inherent nature of certain material used, all furniture containing wood, fabric or leather is subject to minor variations or irregularities of color, grain and texture. Compliance with applicable laws, regular codes, certificates and manufacturing standards are disclaimed if this product is misused, improperly installed or modified in any respect (including without limitation, any change in fabric or mechanical components affecting stability, load capacity or load distribution) after shipment from the manufacturer.

The Nightingale Corp. warranty does not cover the cost of transportation or labor except as noted. There are no other warranties except as noted.

Limited Lifetime Warranty 5 years on High wear parts: Fabric/Cushions, Casters, Glides. Lifetime on all other parts. The warranty is applicable to the initial purchaser only and is non-transferable. Humanscale warrants that, at the time of customer's acceptance, the product will be in good working order and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, neglect, misuse or improper installation.

The manufacturer warrants all seating products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the lifetime of the chair. Normal use is defined as the wear, which occurs in an office environment during the course of a normal eight-hour workday and with a weight limitation not to exceed 275 pounds.

This lifetime guarantee shall be for all lines and components except as noted: chair controls, arms, plastic components are guaranteed for 10 years; fabric is guaranteed for 3 years. The fabric warranty does not include leather, Novasuede, Ultrasuede, Finesse, or C.O.M. and C.O.L. fabrics. The inflatable lumbar is covered for 1 year.

The manufacturers warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at their option, of defective products which have been reported by the purchaser to be defective in workmanship or material and which are found to be so by the manufacturer upon inspection. Defective products must be returned at the discretion of the factory and all returns must be authorized in advance. The manufacturer will assume no responsibility for any labor charges unless agreed to in writing by their Corporate Office.

The customer shall be responsible for all maintenance service consisting of lubrication and cleaning of the product, minor assembly and adjustment and performing operation checks.

The manufacturer will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident or if the customer fails to perform the maintenance service referred to above.

For the duration of the life of the chair, any unaltered component, which based on our examination, proves to be defective will be replaced. Upholstery materials carry a five-year warranty. COM materials cannot be warranted. The warranty does not include labor or delivery charges, and does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration or damage caused by shipment, storage, accident, fire, flood or act of God.

The manufacturer warrants all parts to be free from material defects and workmanship to the original purchaser acquiring this product form Aeron4Less.com or an authorized dealer. For the duration of (2) Years from the date of delivery of the chair, any unaltered component, which based on our examination, proves to be defective will be replaced. Upholstery materials carry a (2) year warranty. COM materials cannot be warranted. The warranty does not include labor or delivery charges, and does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration or damage caused by shipment, storage, accident, fire, flood or act of God on all chairs except the Eames Lounge chair which has a 3 year warranty.
